Stephanie Hyde is the director of Great Lakes REIA (She does all of the hard work of making certain that our events add value to our members).  Stephanie and her husband Arkady joined Great Lakes REIA in March of 2018 prior to becoming investors.  Through the knowledge gained in attending meetings they were able to start a profitable investing business without losing money on their first Flips and Rentals.  

Stephanie holds a degree in Fashion Design and is a Cleveland native.  Stephanie & Arkady have a young daughter Lyla, and are very active in the community.  They focus their real estate investing mainly in Furnished Rentals.  Both Stephanie and Arkady have traveled extensively for work and understand the needs of traveling professionals.  This is the market that they focus on.
