As many things in life happen by accident so too did my real estate career, the story begins nearly 20 years ago with a request for help organizing and systematizing a growing business for my mother.
Accepting the challenge, I created a cradle to grave system for processing, for what are termed, REO properties. Homes that have been through the foreclosure process and are then being sold by institutional owners.
Through constant market analysis and reporting on every aspect of local real estate involving more than 1000 subject properties I have been able to perfect a skill set of accurate pricing, unique marketing and expedited sales.

As my story continues it will become our story.
Over the course of the next 20 years it is my intent to use the skills that I have been fortunate enough to learn to help friends, family and those that will become like family make the most informed decisions possible while conducting the purchases and sales of their own real estate.
